The Five Price Drivers
Size. Glass is priced by area, and door hardware by the weight it must carry. Taller and wider leaves cost more twice over.

Frame type. Frameless doors on patch fittings, framed doors in aluminium, and semi-framed hybrids each carry different fabrication and hardware costs. Finishes — matte black, stainless, powder-coat — adjust from there.
Manual or automatic. Adding automation brings a motor, sensors and controls: a manual RM2,000-class door becomes an automatic system priced accordingly (our automatic sliding systems start from RM2,000 as well, scaling with spec).
Installation complexity. Removing an old door, structural condition, upper-floor condo access and after-hours work windows all show up honestly in the labour line.

Tempered glass is cut, drilled and polished before toughening — never after. A panel fabricated to a guessed dimension is a panel wasted. The RM50 measurement visit exists to protect the order, and the fee comes off your invoice.
