Notice of E-Invoice Implementation

In line with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) e-invoicing mandate, Ebcotech Machinery Sdn Bhd (the company operating GW GeWalt) issues e-invoices for all transactions through the MyInvois system.

What This Means for You

Invoices for our products and services, including door systems, glass fabrication, hardware supply, and repair or maintenance work, are validated electronically with LHDN before being issued to you. You will receive a validated e-invoice bearing a unique identification number and QR code.

Information We May Request

To issue a compliant e-invoice, we may ask for the following details at billing:

• Full name (as per NRIC) or registered business name
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• NRIC number / Business Registration Number (BRN)
• SST registration number (if applicable)
• Billing address, contact number and email address

Personal Data

Information collected for e-invoicing is used solely for tax compliance purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
