A. Ironmongery specification and schedules
We have been helping architects and designers prepare ironmongery specifications and schedules since 1997. A specification from us always takes three things together: the design intent, the building regulation requirements, and the client’s budget. Where a project calls for it, we supply custom handles as well.
This is the part of the job that gets skipped and then causes trouble on site. A schedule that ignores fire door requirements, or that specifies a hinge rated below the actual leaf weight, does not fail at handover. It fails eighteen months later.
B. Automatic door maintenance
We supply and install automatic door systems for swing and sliding doors, and we provide after-sales service, repair and maintenance at a reasonable price. Our teams are trained and experienced across all kinds of automatic door system, not only the ones we sold.
A maintenance visit checks the motor and drive, the belt tension, the roller carriages and track, the sensor alignment and the safety functions. Most call-outs we attend would have been a ten-minute adjustment six months earlier.
C. Supply and install of automatic sliding door systems and door hardware
We handle direct-to-customer work as well as commercial contracts. Our experienced installers replace sliding door systems and other door hardware in commercial buildings, retail shops, offices and individual residential units.
