# Terms of Service

## 1\. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of GW GeWalt, operated by Ebcotech Machinery Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

## 2\. Services

GW GeWalt provides entrance system and door hardware services including but not limited to:

-   Automatic sliding, swing, telescopic and maglev door systems
-   Emergency breakout and hermetic / hospital door systems
-   Tempered glass doors, glass railings, balconies, shower and folding glass doors
-   Door hardware and accessories supply
-   Automatic door repair, roller and track replacement, floor spring and hinge repair
-   Ironmongery specification and scheduling for architects and designers

## 3\. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. Published starting prices (e.g., from RM1,700 for telescopic systems and RM2,000 for automatic and tempered glass doors) are indicative; final pricing depends on size, glass thickness, frame type, automation and installation complexity, and is confirmed after on-site measurement. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order.

## 4\. On-Site Measurement Fee

On-site measurement carries a RM50 fee, which is fully deductible from your order upon confirmation. The fee covers a technician visit, exact measurement and an installation complexity assessment.

## 5\. Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Orders for custom-fabricated glass or door systems may not be cancellable once fabrication has begun.

## 6\. Service Guarantee

GW GeWalt strives to provide quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. After-sales maintenance and repair services are available for all installed systems.

## 7\. Limitation of Liability

GW GeWalt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## 8\. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GW GeWalt / Ebcotech Machinery Sdn Bhd and is protected by copyright laws.

## 9\. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
