A floor spring is a hydraulic hinge set into the floor that controls how a heavy glass door swings and closes. When it leaks oil, the door slams. That is the sign to repair or replace it.

How do I choose the right door closer?

Closer power is sized to the door's width and weight (EN 1154 grades). Tell us your door size and traffic level and we will spec the grade, backcheck and latching speed.

What are patch fittings and spider fittings?

Patch fittings clamp the corners of frameless glass doors to carry pivots and locks. Spider fittings hold glass facade panels on curtain walls. We stock both with the gaskets and bolts to suit.

Do you deliver hardware?
