How much is the on-site measurement fee?

On-site measurement costs RM50, and the fee is fully deductible from your order once you confirm. This covers a technician visiting your premises to take exact measurements and assess installation complexity.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Bandar Sri Damansara and serve the whole Klang Valley — including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cheras, Kepong, Puchong and Klang — plus Perak (Ipoh, Taiping, Batu Gajah). Free shipping is offered within the Klang Valley.

Do you provide after-sales maintenance?

Yes. We offer dedicated after-sales maintenance, repair and servicing for automatic swing and sliding door systems, with localized customer-service staff across various districts for fast on-site technical analysis.
